The money you make on Pairi is 100% yours, and never touches our accounts. Stripe will automatically release your funds on a two day rolling basis to the bank account you provided to them.
On your schedule page, click the day you want to add an event and you will be shown a prompt asking for more info. After completing it, the specified times will be removed from your availability on that day/days.

We've also built in a Google calendar import feature, which adjusts your availabliity based on your google calendar events. You can activate this feature on the schedule page.
After your client pays, you'll be connected to them via text relay. You’ll receive a new relay for each client and professional.
On the Your Jobs Page, each job has a button that reads update status. Click this button, select confirm, and your client will automatically be sent a payment link.
Once you've completed a job, a button will appear on the Your Jobs page that reads "Add Charges". Click this button, and you will be directed to a form. Once the client approves the charges, their card on file will automatically be charged.

Frequently asked by Clients


When you create a booking, stripe will hold your payment information incase extra services are required/desired. Extra charges are ultimately made by your professional. If you believe a charge is unwarranted, please contact support (support@pairi.app).
Each listing has a default location specified on its booking page. After you pay for your booking, you’ll be connected directly to your professional. You should always be sure to confirm a location with your professional 24 hours before your appointment at the latest.
After you pay for your booking, you’ll be connected directly to your professional via text relay. You’ll receive a new relay for each client and professional.
After your appointment as been completed, the appointment will appear on the past appointments section of the Your Appointments page. Each past appointment has a button that reads "Leave a Review". Click this button, and a form will appear asking you for the necessary information. Submit this form, and your review will appear on the provider's listing and profile.
You can add a tip on the Previous Appointments page. You can only add one tip per booking.
